Blue is the debut studio album by the American electronic music duo Downsize (TjsWorld2011 and Ntpockets) released on August 7, 2013 by Atlantic Records in the United States and Canada and two days later by Warner Bros. Records internationally. It was issued on CD, vinyl (as a double LP) and digital download.

The cover is the second designed by Tj after he designed the cover for Zia Bhucker's eponymous 2008 debut album. The cover consists of the italic Downsize logo with four backwards slash figures set over it and the album title in a smaller size under it, all of which are set in Futura Extra Bold in black set over a bright blue background, which is the color that has prominently used to represent Tj and some of his work. Tj said, "We'd noticed that most electronic artists have their logos on the majority of the covers of their albums, and now and then with different albums they choose a certain theme for it to go with the album's theme. We wanted to follow that principle.". Originally, Atlantic Records had prepared two versions of the cover; blue text over a black background and another with the colors reversed. The latter of which was chosen by the duo so it could stand out more on shelves.

The album features an illustration of the duo made by designer James Franzen through his design project Radio Gosha with its central colors being blue, black and white to tie in with the album's release. Tj said, "We saw his work online, and we figured he could help us get some big air on this release by drawing us to put inside the album. It turned out great.". The image is printed on the right side of the gatefold with the liner notes on the right side of the gatefold for the vinyl version, and the image is printed inside the back half of the jewel case for CDs with the liner notes booklet containing the front cover design on the front and the Downsize symbol (a short version of the full logo with a backwards slash figure set over a "D") and copyright info on the back on the left side for the CD version.
