Tj's World: Modem Mayhem is a 2013 American animated 3D action comedy film based on the Nickelodeon animated television series Tj's World. In this film, Tjdrum and Ccmater2 are sucked into the Internet world, giving Internet prisoner Geek Guy an oppurtunity to escape into the real world in order to have his vengeance on both the Internet and the real world for locking him up by using the army's tanks to raid the city of Tampa, so Tj and Cc must stop him.
Production for the film began after the planned reboot of the film series, Tj's World, was cancelled in 2012, and TjsWorld2011, the director of the film, suggested that they have MJ and Kirby, characters on one of his earlier series PuffRuff School, be featured in the film. He also suggested that they use the original storyline for Greeny Phatom The Movie 2 for the film.
The film was originally planned to be released in theaters on May 17, 2013, but was changed to June 5, 2013 and finally to June 21, 2013. It was released on DVD and Blu-ray on October 15, 2013. This is also the third and final Tj's World film in the series.

In 1995, in Denver, Colorado, a younger Geek Guy manages to infiltrate the Denver Muncipal Bank of Trust to steal its money. He is then pursued into a Best Buy store by the police, but gets cornered. In anger, he starts hitting the wall with a bag of money, causing a computer on a high shelf to fall onto one in front of him, creating a portal to the Internet world that he escapes through. The portal closes and the police miss him. However, Geek Guy is arrested by an Internet Policeman once he is inside the server, because of the dollar sign on the bag.
18 years later, in Tampa, Florida, Tjdrum and Ccmater2 are bored with nothing to do, until they come up with an idea to film Santed Sailor and Jtmurd messing around with a test dummy. Once they come back, they put the USB in the computer onto the video camera, and Tj opens up BlueTube to upload it. However during uploading, their computer freezes and shuts down, and it also shuts off the power in the room. But after a few seconds, the computer has a blinding white flash that begins to suck up random things in the room. Tj and Cc try to escape, but fail and get sucked in. They end up in an entrance high up in the sky to the Internet, and a computer asks Tj what operating system they use. Tj answers Windows XP, and the computer opens up a spacecraft that looks like an escape pod. Once they enter, the door behind them closes, and Tj and Cc try to figure out how to get out. Unfortunately, Cc accidentally sits on the Launch button, and the pod launches into the sky. Tj and Cc try to stop the ship, and they spot a control stick. Tj says that the only way they're going to stop the ship is to crash it into the ground.
Meanwhile, at a nearby house, MJ is reading a magazine when she is interrupted by the crash, which causes a power surge for a brief second. She looks out her window and sees smoke coming out of the fields. She immediately runs downstairs to the living room and tells her boyfriend Kirby that there's a spaceship that just landed on the outskirts of the neighborhood, but Kirby doesn't believe her. MJ grabs him anyway and ushers him to their car. Their car drives to the fields, and they get out. MJ hurries him over to the crash site to see what could be inside. Once they reach it, they discover that the spacecraft has made a huge crater in the ground, and they go in. They run over to the side of the craft and open the door and find Tj and Cc inside. They wake them up and Tj asks what's going on. MJ tells them that they're in the Windows XP server, and Cc asks them if they could stay at their house for a while. MJ and Kirby say yes, and they take Tj and Cc back to the house.
At MJ's house, MJ tells Tj that they are right by the city of Sidnerson, XP. Tj says that they got there by a portal through their computer. Kirby looks at the clock and sees that it is 10:11 PM, so he runs off to bed with MJ, and Tj and Cc find their guest rooms. However, Tj gets up and asks MJ if they can take a tour around Sidnerson the next day. MJ says yes, and Tj walks back to the guest room and gets back in bed.
Paramount Pictures, Bad Robot, Nickelodeon Movies and TjsWorld2011 Pictures were producing Tj's World, a traditionally animated reboot film of the series. But in July 2012, TjsWorld2011 said that they were cancelling the film due to the film's plot being too similar to the 2002 film Hey Arnold! The Movie, another film by Nickelodeon Movies. However, he announced that they would be planning a second sequel to Tj's World: The Movie, and that they were looking for what it should be. The title they chose for it was Tj's World: Modem Mayhem.
Production for the film began on August 1, 2012 and ended on November 30, 2012. The film was originally planned to be released on May 17, 2013, but was pushed back to June 5, 2013 to avoid competition with Star Trek Into Darkness, and was finally changed to June 21, 2013. TjsWorld2011 also stated that this would be the final film in the series. They used the original storyline for Greeny Phatom The Movie 2 (also released in 2013) as a starting point for this film.
On October 14, 2012, it was announced that characters MJ and Kirby, characters from one of TjsWorld2011's previous shows, PuffRuff School, would be having roles as supporting characters in the film.
The film grossed $42,561,903 on its opening weekend, leaving it #3 during the weekend behind World War Z and Monsters University. It eventually went onto earn a gross of $260,967,881 worldwide, making the film a box office success.
The film recieved mixed to positve reviews from critics. Review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes has given the film a rating of 75%. The consensus states, "Though it may seem like a crossover movie than the third Tj's World film, Tj's World: Modem Mayhem still brings a lot of good action.". It holds a 67% rating on Metacritic, indicating "Generally Favorable Reviews".
